“Such a welcome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

Inge and Jurgen are wonderful hosts and the B&B is superb in all respects. We were warmly greeted by Jurgen, who showed us around and gave us so many ideas as to how to spend our time. We fitted in as many of his ideas as we had time for and all were well worth visiting.
Breakfasts were astounding and delicious. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could possible need. The hot tub with lovely views was most soothing at the end of the day. It is a shame we are so far away in the UK or we would visit several times a year! Thank you both for making our visit so memorable.

Very friendly, warm welcome by Jurgen. Beautiful house in front of the ocean. Breakfast was awesome and very tasty. Nothing to change! À very Nice place to go! Before leaving, Jurgen provided us with local information and a lot of sites to visit. Better would be too much.

The friendly and helpful hosts, the style and comfort of the room and the outstanding breakfasts all make Hidden Harbor the best B&B that we have stayed in in many countries.
Jurgen takes so much time to provide you with helpful advice, based on the activities that you want to do in the area - and also the good tips on great places for a drink or a meal.
Their lovely home is full of interesting art and they are a delightful and generous couple.

Lot of compliments to Inge and Jurgen: they are really charming and wonderful hosts.
Apart from the very warm welcome, they provided us with all the local information. The room was very nice, clean with an outstanding view and a wonderful livingroom. Breakfast was awsome delicious! The served salmon was fantastic!!
We will definitely go back and stay some more days.

Inge and Jurgen were wonderful hosts who provided us with all the local information we needed. The view from our room and the outdoor hot tub was right out onto the water. breakfast was delicious and it included a lot of local jams, smoked salmon. Would definitely go back.

Inge and Jurgen went to a lot of trouble to make us and our children feel very welcome. The suite with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting/dining area and easy ground floor access to the hot tub, patio and garden was ideal for us and our kids. Thanks so much for providing toys for the children and stuff to enable us to have a beachside BBQ at Rebecca Spit. Inge & Jurgen were very knowledgeable about the area and found plenty of things for us to do around Campbell River for 3 days. It would have been lovely if we could have stayed longer and gone kayaking or cycling or hiking. We hope to return!

My husband was taking a 3 week diving course in Campbell River and had one weekend where I could visit and so I booked at the Hidden Harbour B&B. From the first moments we arrived Jurgen and Inge had thought of everything to make us welcome - a personalized note welcoming us on the door and then shortly after we settled in, a quick visit to make sure everything was perfect, to take orders for the wonderful, hearty breakfasts for the next couple of mornings and a quick Campbell River 101 - things to do, restaurant tips, sights to see etc.

We felt welcomed and included from those first moments and that continued on through our short stay - without ever being too much or compromising our privacy.

We stayed in the Discovery Suite - it was immaculately clean and incredibly homey with a fireplace, kitchenette and amazing hot tub just outside the entrance (which was perfect for late night soaks with a glass of wine while looking out at the lights on the water and beyond - sheer heaven).

We will definitely be back again!
