I spent two nights here on the first stop of a two-week trip through the B.C. Rockies. It's from the era of roadside motels, so it might be easy to overlook or zip past it looking for something else. But don't overlook it -- pull in and spend a night or two. Frank and Debra are very friendly and welcoming. It has five units (actually six, but one of them is Debra's quilt shop -- she made the bedspreads and couch coverings). They're cozy, but completely comfortable. Fresh muffins in the morning, and a gazebo at the back of the well-maintained grounds, where I took my breakfast one morning. Small shopping centers with restaurants and gas stations nearby (within a mile), and a Safeway store just a block away if you need some last-minute groceries or even a late-night snack.
All in all, a great value. I would stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone who asks.

Hi Muskrat, We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. You were out and about and really saw a lot of attractions while you were here. The train at the mall is still not up and running but should be next time you are up this way. Thanks for your business - we'll see you soon I hope. For longer stays we do have our well appointed full kitchen suites. Debra says "HI".
