We were so excited to try some dishes since the reviews were positive. We liked the fish sauce which is a bit sweeter than what we used to in Victoria, however, egg role was rather nothing special and bland. The rice noodle soup was also bland. Dinner for two adults and one child for $30 was good, but we would not expect to pay more for those dishes. We are used to Kim's vietnamese restaurant in Victoria, B.C. and are spoiled. But if you are feeling something light in Courtenay, this restaurant is a reasonable choice.
But beware! They only take cash! In this age and era, that's a bit inconvenient.
