“Excellent food, both times!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

Whilst staying at the Copper Point Resort I decided to try out this restaurant for lunch. I tried the beef stew and liked it so much I came back for it again the next day. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

“Under cooked food and bad service.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

Were greeted by the hostess who told us first that we may need to come back in an hour because they were really busy with 2 big tables and that she would have to check with the kitchen?!?! Looking in the restaurant we could only see one big party and a few other tables...luckily we were able to get in! Table all ordered steaks which were generally undercooked. Service was not great and I would not go back to the restaurant if I had the chance.

“So Bad!!!What Happened!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

My husband and I, coming from Calgary, visited this property when they opened, last year. We had high hopes for the hotel mostly because we were searching for a vacation home and the new property was the ideal fit. After visiting a lot of locations Copper Point was in the top three. The sales team was helpful and the location had promise.

LAST YEAR- we were impressed with rooms, beautiful, amenities and pool areas. The restaurant although had service issues was really good, with a nice menu, certainly unique with high quality for sure, when we ate there the food was impressive.

We wanted to wait a season, explore our choices after a year before we made our purchases, a big deal to us as we have worked most of our lives for this.

THIS YEAR- we visited in September, the last of our places on our list as we were sure it was the one. WOW! What happened. The hotel itself was still new, the room we stayed in equal to last year with some damage but to be expected as we thought because of the rental option, we were prepared for that. But! we tried to find sales people but no one around. We spoke to the front desk about it but no one was very helpful at all. We could not get any questions answered, any further information, and all the contacts we made last year we gone, one hotel employee told us everyone quit, very strange thing to say to us. But it was the same in the restaurant. Service was so bad, I mean really. The menu and food was not good, I mean not good. Not even close to what we had last summer. I could go on and on about what happened. Honestly as I read the review for the hotel/restaurant when deciding to write this review, all you have to do is read them as they describe our visit. No service, wait times, no product, bad quality product, just bad all around in the restaurant, nice amenities but not a good investment or atmosphere.

Sorry we won't be buying or staying, what happened! To bad because it looked like a gem last summer but did not turn out like that.

“Girlfriends Luncheon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

Was happy to experience Elements during our recent holiday with friends. Although we were not able to sit outside on their deck which is one of the best decks in the Columbia Valley, we did enjoy our lunch on the pub side of the restaurant, was a quiet and enjoyable - food was very good, service outstanding - Eli you did make one of the best bellinis I've ever had.
