“Peaceful Oasis for Lunch in Mission, BC”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

Had a great lunch out on the patio, at the Sweet Spot Café, 33057 1st Ave, in Mission BC, with my friend, Elaine, on Saturday. Delicious fresh ingredients in everything we had. We shared the turkey sandwich special and each had a bowl of the delicious butternut squash soup. The patio is beautiful with it's plant wall, trellis of clematis, and koi pond. So peaceful and quiet. Can't wait to go back later in the summer when the plants will really be spectacular. Don't miss this oasis if you happen to be in Mission.

“What a find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2011

This was the second time that we have visited The Sweet Spot Cafe and we were not disapointed! My wife and I shared a fabulous turkey sandwich and we each had a bowl of curried cauliflower soup. Both were delicious! I highly reccomend the daily soup as it has been amazing both times we have visited. The atmosphere is super and I can't wait for a sunny day to sit on their patio. First Avenue never looked or tasted so good.

“Finally a restaurant that serves good, healthy, delicious food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2011

I usually dread going out to eat with people from work, because inevitably they decide to go somewhere with few healthy, yet satisfying choices. Chain restaurants are barely better than a frozen dinner for nutrition and taste. The Sweet Spot Cafe offers a good selection of lunch items made from "clean" ingedients (often local, sometimes organic, and always fresh). But even my junk food eating co-workers liked it and left feeling full, but not bloated. The coffee is great, too. On nice days, try to get a seat in the backyard garden!

“Winning combination of delicious fresh food and charming ambiance”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2011

What a find! Had lunch with friends and everyone loved loved it. We ate out on their very charming outdoor patio, it felt like we were whisked away to the South of France.

I had a turkey and brie panini. The turkey was fresh roasted and generous, the cranberry chutney and the rosemary focaccia were delicious and made from scratch. One friend had the best BLT he has ever had and the other said the veggi chili was incredible. She was very happy to find a healthy vegetarian option! We highly recommend the coffee, carrot cake, brownies and the cheesecake! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
