We went to BP for lunch on Father's Day so we knew it would be busy. But it was after 1:30 when we got there so things had died down considerably. We were given a nice booth immediately, got our drinks, ordered our lunch and then waited an unbelievable 35 minutes for our food to arrive. Other customers sitting near us ate their entire meals in the time it took for ours to show up. When our food finally did show up my daughter's pasta was cold, the chicken that was supposed to come with it was missing and my husband's steak was burnt. There was no cutlery on our table so we had to specifically ask our server to get us some so that we could actually eat our disappointing food. We only had our drinks refilled once the entire time we were there. The whole experience was awful and not something we've ever had happen to us in all the times we have visited various Boston Pizza locations. (And I should mention that we've gone to our local BP on Father's Day and Mother's Day with a large group and had absolutely amazing service...so I know it's possible!)
