“40 Million Fish Can't Be Wrong”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2013

We loved seeing the ladders which were built to enable the fish to return up the Stamp River Falls in order to spawn. Impressive scenery too!

“Worth the drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2013

Great place to go for a walk, or camping. We often take our dog for a walk there. It's very scenic and beautiful.

“The perfect quiet riverside spot...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

...well quiet at least from the noise of people. The river and birds are pretty loud but that is part of the reason we wanted to stay there.

Our camp Host came around, at least every couple of hours on his golf cart. It could be more often, but he was so unobtrusive I'm not sure. The great sense of security afforded by having a host on site for emergencies allowed us, in our little tent to sleep easily.

The park is a nice distance from the town of Port Alberni. Far enough to feel that you're away from it all, close enough to drive in to a cafe if your 40 year old Coleman stove won't light.

We would go back again anytime.
