When in BC, I have to stop for fresh fish & chips bc Im from landlocked Alberta.
There were 3 of us so we tried 3 types of fish with their 3 types of "coatings":
1) Cod in traditional english batter (a bit too greasy)
2) salmon in crispy panko crumbs (better)
3) halibut, flame-grilled; no coating... (surprisingly my favorite!)
We all tried a bit of each others and although I originally wanted traditional battered, the flame grilled halibut was the best :)
