“Wonderful Hospitality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2014

Ron and Frances, the summer hosts , greeted us warmly with home baked cakes in the afternoon and an delicious cooked breakfast. The room was comfortable with an excellent king size bed. We were invited to sit in the beautiful living room. We stayed only one night - wished we could stay longer.

From the moment you walk in the door, you are made to feel at home. Louise is an excellent host - very funny - friendly and goes out of her way to make everything just right. Food is excellent and the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and neat and some lovely touches like the unusual water glasses in the bedroom and the beautiful old world teacups for breakfast. We will be back and will certainly be recommending to our friends. Also very close to the ski resort which was a real bonus after the huge dump of powder. Indoor hot tub was also appreciated after a hard day on the hill! Louise even arranged for us to have massages in house which was much better than driving to town.

Room Tip: We had the room with the ensuite, so that was a bonus.

WOW what a fabulous place to stay, it's close to Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Louise goes out of her way to make you feel at home in fact it felt just like staying at home!! Beds are comfy, bathrooms clean and the kitchen always open for that cuppa. Louise will organise breakfast around your time schedule should you need to get to the ski hill early and when you get home the hot tub is warming up and fresh cake and afternoon tea is waiting for you. After a strenuous day on the ski slopes Louise organised for a masseuse to come to the B&B to help work out the kinks.
Lounge area is great, sitting in front of the fire in the most relaxing lounge so if you are heading to Revelstoke I would recommend you spend some time with Louise.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, king room has an en suite and the two queen rooms share a bathroom

Ah Louise the perfect host, Infectiously friendly helpful and generous. I had 4 days in Revy that were made by my stay at Revelstoke B&B, comfy beds, literally a 2min drive to the bottom of the lifts, great living areas and a hot tub always steaming after a long day up the mountain. Louise more than happy to show us around the slopes on our 1st day. would def stay again! Take note she will fleece you in poker if you agree to a game!

This is not the place to stay if you have your head up your a r s e. This is however, the best place to stay if you want a great holiday with the a fabulous host. Louise is the perfect host for a B & B. Warm and friendly, helpful and willing to go out of her way to ensure you get what you are looking for. Great rooms, comfy beds and breakfast cooked just the way you like it. The mountain is just a stones throw away and as the mountain itself has limited options for apres skiing (what's there is very good but nonetheless limited) being a little closer to the town of Revelstoke is a real plus.
Oh and the hot tub at the end of a day skiing that enormous mountain - perfect!
I'll definitely be going back.
PS the Revelstoke B & B is gay friendly.

Room Tip: B1 with its en suite is perfect

3 Glorious weeks of skiing, awesome breakfasts (prepared fresh every morning with consideration to our low dairy/gluten requirements) and unrivaled services. Revelstoke bed and breakfast was the perfect choice for our family and friends skiing holiday. Very comfy beds, great fire place and location. Would definitely go back.
