We decided to have breakfast and lunch here because we found out they have a gluten-free menu. Considering its small size, this little cafe actually has quite a variety of selections on their GF menu. The yam panini was delicious and the GF bread they used was soft and tasted great! The trail mix muffin was also delicious. (you would never know it was a GF item) There are many great non-GF items as well, along with the wonderful coffee selections. My only complaint is that the coffee is a bit pricey for the size of the cup. I can get a much larger specialty coffee in Calgary for at least the same price if not for less.
The cafe is small (one table and 4 stools at a sit-up bar), so be prepared to take your food with you or eat outside at one of the other few tables. We would have eaten outside, but the wasps were in abundance and we decided against it.
The staff were helpful and patient (we have two children who constantly change their minds), and we were served quickly and didn't have to wait too long for our sandwiches to be made. Everything was fresh and we all were pleased with our choices.
