Being in the UK only a few months back, I thought that I had travelled in a tardis and was transplanted somewhere in Britain. I enjoyed England's contribition to world cuisine, the chip. Chips were so British. I enjoyed my chicken pot pie very much, although the pastrie was a teeny bit stiff. Upon completion of my meal, I spied on the menu board of home made soup. I ordered the tomatoe and bacon, so rich, so velvety. I will return!
