We stopped here for breakfast (served all day) on our return trip home from the Blue Mountains. We were promptly seated and served coffee by the hostess. Our waitress noticing our WNY accent, quickly asked us "You're not from around here are you?" Despite a nearly full restaurant she gave us a lot of attention and told us about her trips to the states and to Florida. I ordered one of my favorite breakfasts, the Eggs Benedict. You can tell that these are a specialty here, because they even asked me how I liked my eggs (Poached runny, medium or well done.) For me they must be runny, and that they were, perfectly done. These were amongst the best Eggs Benedict that I have ever eaten, (with the eggception of Eggbert's on the Hawaiian island of Kaui). My wife had the Greek Omelet and she enjoyed that as well. Our coffees were filled often. To top things off, an older gentleman in a kitchen apron (looking like the owner as posted on the restaurant wall photos), came over, patted me on the back and asked me "how is everything today?". When traveling, I always look to avoid the chain restaurants and to try to eat where the locals do. Although not a local, I was made to feel like one in this homey little breakfast joint!
