“Pretty average, overall”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

Went on a Saturday night. Was not busy at all. Our waitress was friendly, and the menu basically consisted of burgers, with lots of gourmet toppings. The food was pretty good - a little on the expensive side for just basic burger and fries. It took a while to get our dinner even though it wasn't very busy. Overall, it was just an average experience. I wouldn't avoid the place, but not sure I would go again.

“Team Dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

They were very good as we have 16 players plus parents and coaches and food was served hot.
Huntsville not as busy this time of the year as it is in summer.
The coaches also had lunch there the following day between games.

“Terrible Service, average food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Visited with a fairly large group but did give them a heads up. Only one other table with people at it but service was excruciatingly slow. Our waiter was great and overworked, while girls at the bar took 20 minutes to put a simple drink order together for maybe 8 people...kids waited 20 minutes for water...when it came it was just two pitchers of water and a stack of glasses...that's fine, but 20 minutes? I guess this place is a bar later in the evening because 5 or so guys in security shirts were sitting around...and the girls at the bar were more interested in talking to them than doing their job...and helping the lone waiter out.

Food, okay...however, a number of people had chicken wings and at least 4 people the next day reported that they were sick the night before...draw your own conclusions. Burgers were big...choose from a variety of toppings...e.g. Gouda-onions-mushrooms, smoked-meat gravy-cheese curds...etc. for About $3 extra. Okay but burger is a very fine grind which I don't personally care for.

When asked by someone in our group to speak with a supervisor, none was there...which likely explains why the 3-4 girls working at the bar did nothing to help the lone waiter, and why they got away with socializing with the security staff instead of putting together some simple pitchers of water in lesser time than 20 minutes when basically no one else was in the place.

Would not go back. $75 meal for basically 2 alcohol drinks, a chocolate mil, a bread basket and three hamburger plates with horrendous service. No thanks. They obviously cater to the rich cottaging crowd.

We had a great lunch. Service was very friendly and quick. Prices were a lil high but all in all quite worth it
