it is clean,quiet but most of all the staff! Eva is simply the best! She makes sure my stay is comfortable and goes above and beyond! Hassen always welcomes me back and always make me feel like a special guest. The morning crew for breakfast Cassie knows what type of coffee I drink and makes my mornings when I stay! Overall when I travel it is nice to made to feel like your @ home!

I stayed recently at the Holiday Inn Kitchener on the occasion of a business trip. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel needs anyhow some restoration, since it's getting a little old, without the fascination of some older hotels.

I stayed at this location two times for business. My company booked the hotel, I must say I was very impressed with Eva at the front desk, both times I was lucky enough to have her service at check in. She went far and above to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my room. Eva is the best!
I was the presenter at our seminar and must say the staff and food was great!
Would I go back? Yes for sure! Room was clean and comfy, stayed in the tower.
Shopping great in the area! St. Jacob not far from hotel, worth the drive!

The hotel is located close to some good shopping and great restaurants. We weren't there long enough to use alot of the services offered but what we did use we found to be excellent. Comfy bed, clean rooms and very quiet.
