You would be hard pressed to find kinder or more helpful hosts.

The decor is not current, but everything is perfectly matched, the place is spotless and the amenities are great.

The location is ideal - a leisurely walk out the back door takes you down to Little Lake.

My favorite place in Simcoe County when I have to travel there for my work. Both the house and the rooms are beautiful, quiet and extremely comfortable. Jennifer and Milt are delicate and thoughtful hosts who perfectly know how to make your stay a delight.

My boyfriend and I travelled to Midland for two nights and stayed at the Little Lake Inn B&B. A beautiful home- the rooms are very comfortable, silent and spacious. A four course meal for breakfast (outstanding cooking, we must say!!!) with refreshments and biscuits available all day. Milton and Jennifer are the kindest hosts; we took Milton's advice on which restaurants and museums to travel to and had an excellent trip. We would recommend this B&B to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future :)

Room Tip: We loved the Yellow Room as it was tucked away in the back!

Milt and Jennifer were such wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies for breakfast, and what a four course breakfast it was! One of the best we've ever had at a B and B, and we've been to quite a few. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was nicely decorated and private. There was always someone around if we needed assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are nice and they all have a jacuzzi.

What a lovely stay we had. Every comfort was thought of and provided for. The coffee and tea corner with such a huge choice was lovely. The loveseat in the sunroom beside the fireplace was the perfect perch to watch the sun rise through the trees while sipping tea in my pjs. The breakfasts were a feast of interesting food preparations we wouldn't do at home. The Yellow Room was lovely because of its marvelous windows. I had the best sleep there than I have had in many weeks. The choice of video was lovely for an evening in. We actually choose a documentary instead of a recent movie drama and enjoyed learning about the S.S. Keewatin being returned to its original nearby port. We are looking forward to booking in warmer weather so I can sit outside for my morning tea and take in the peaceful park setting.

Room Tip: We have only experience the Yellow Room, but I'm sure the others were just as well appointed. T...

We spent the weekend at the Little Lake Inn which was very very nice, we stayed it the Rose room which is very well appointed with everything we needed, 2 flat screen TV's, Spa tub and the bed was so comfy.
The breakfasts each morning were outstanding and filling no shortness of food!
There was a Heart Shaped box of Chocolates from the Staff which was a nice touch as we checked in on Valentines day!

Sue and Lynn were taking care of the Inn while the owners were away on vacation and did a Fantastic job making sure all the guests were taken care of greatly appreciated.

We would love to go back again, highly recommend this Inn.

Room Tip: The Rose room was Beautiful and roomy!

My girlfriend and I stayed during Winter Fest in Midland and is was an awesome winter experience. Lots of stuff to do, with lots of opportunities to relax. Milton and Jennifer are amazing owners and are a couple of the most genuine people out there. Great hospitality and you can tell they love their jobs and are proud of their place. Clean, cozy and everything you would need or want out of this quaint bed n'breakfast.
