We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this B & B in July when we were visiting my husband's mother who is resident in the nearby Villa Lodge retirement home. It was a perfect location for us as the Lodge was only a couple of doors away and we were able to pop in and out to see her on a regular basis. Jennifer and Milton were fantastic hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. By the end of our stay we almost felt like part of the family! The property (both house and garden) were immaculately maintained and a delight be in. The breakfasts were delicious and we were amazed that they served something completely different for each of the ten mornings we were there. This B & B is absolutely worth a 5 star rating! We are returning again next year and looking very much forward to it.

We had a wonderful time at this B&B and thoroughly recommend it. Jennifer and Milton made us feel right at home and free to move about the B&B. We celebrated our 12th Anniversary in the Rose Suite in September 2011 and loved it. We had our own private entrance, plenty of space, a large jacuzzi and little extras to help us relax and unwind.

The beautiful gardens in the backyard and the close proximity to a large beautiful park with a beach as well as the main street made this B&B that much more spectacular. And the deluxe scrumptious homemade breakfasts were amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

As other reviewers say, this is a wonderful place to stay to explore Midland and Huronia region, which is a very pleasant and interesting corner of Ontario. The house and rooms were spacious, well-decorated and spotlessly clean, the back yard and the adjacent public lakeside park were lovely, the breakfast was top quality and the hosts were gracious and friendly.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely comfortable. Milton and Jennifer have thought of every detail to make the stay at Little Lake B & B both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in the 'yellow room' at the back of the house and it was very private and spacious...but all rooms are beautiful and the common rooms make you feel right at home. Couldn't have have asked for a better couple of days away...from the hosts, the room, the breakfasts, meeting new people and our long walks through the trails at the back of the house it was a trip we won't soon forget. Can't wait until we visit again!! Tip: check out the Lady Bug Cafe on King St. for lunch. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS TO JUSTIFY WHAT THIS B & B IS REALLY LIKE. Mark & Angie (Orangeville, ON)

We truly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was fabulous. We really liked having our own entrance and veranda staying in the Green Room. The amenities were great.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Green Room and found the room great. However, the room is a bit on the small side b...

Highly recommend this lovely B&B - it has everything! Lovely inn very tastefully decorated. Spacious & welcoming, & ideally located near lake for walks & only minutes from shopping & access to the boat tours.

We celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary in September 2011, in the Yellow room with our own private entrance and beautiful view over the gardens from our picture window. We felt right at home. It was a treat to have the use of the kitchen to make a coffee/tea or get a cold drink from the frig when thirsty & have access to a lovely sitting area.

Our hosts, Milton & Jennifer, were the icing on the cake. They did everything to make our stay a very special one!!

Room Tip: All rooms look very nice. We particularly chose the Yellow room because of its location at the back...

Perfect place to relax after busy work or just to enjoy life. We stayed two nights from 27 to 29 september 2011. Everything is super clean and full of little things and details that makes travelers life enjoyable. We stayed in the charming Rose room, which is very nice, feeling like home. The guests common areas, kitchen and dinning room are homy and very pleasant. The owners, Jennifer and Milton are superb, friendly and very attentive, they even bought for us an electrical adaptor that we needed for our european electrical devises. Impossible to qualify breakfast, just great and copious. A beautiful and quiet place to stay.
