When Foo Wor was across the street from them in the same mall complex, they tried harder. Now the food quality has consistently fallen. This review is based on the last 4 meals I've had there, and it's fallen from a 3.5 down to a 1.5/5.
We just ordered take out of two staple dishes. Shang hai noodles (a kind of curry, thin noodle dish) which was basically noodles, 2 strips of red pepper, some onions and 2 shrimps. Devoid of any other contents (see picture). Also, we tried the Jardin du Sud special fried rice which was not very special. Eggs, barely any chicken and fake crab (pollack). Blech. $17 for these two take out dishes? Not worth it for taste or value.
I want it to succeed. There are few Chinese options in Brossard. But they aren't making it easy to cheer for them. They need to try harder. Or change the cook.
