We stopped in and chose to eat from the menu. There was a wide variety of dishes to select from, which can be a good problem. The food was really good (and we eat Korean cuisine a lot) and certainly as close to authentic as you could get without going to Korea proper. They also had plenty of space to comfortably seat a larger family such as ourselves. Pricewise, it was similar to many Korean restaurants that our family has been to.
Some drawbacks to point out - the servers' limited English was a bit of a barrier for communication, but manageable. It also did take a little bit more time to get the food than we are used to, but since the food was very good, the wait was well worth it.
For us, we'd say its a good option overall to consider if you're in the mood for Korean cuisine in the Banff/Canmore area.
