We stayed for 2 nights in early September and thought it was a great B and B. Really well presented, clean and tidy, lovely room, tasty breakfast and friendly hosts. Rob and Ingrid where really helpful when giving us their local knowledge and advice.

I had a wonderful stay here and recommend this B&B to others staying in Canmore. The hosts were so friendly, kind, and accommodating, and the room itself was clean with modern, comfortable decor including the bathroom. I felt very comfortable here and very welcome. Ingrid bakes amazing muffins, and always made sure I had a breakfast-to-go packed even though I was leaving too early for the regular breakfast each morning. They were filled with helpful tips on the area and helped me to feel welcome to the area as a solo traveler. Thank you again!

We stayed at Cedar Springs for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Ingrid's breakfasts were delicious and filling and we always had extra muffins left to snack on after hiking/sightseeing. Both Rob and Ingrid were so welcoming and helpful. I'd recently had knee surgery so couldn't tackle difficult hikes. They gave us great suggestions for easier hikes and even printed directions for an outing in Banff. Our room had a nice view of the Three Sisters mountains, was spacious with an ensuite bath. Very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this delightful B&B!

My Girlfriend and I spent 6 nights in this wonderful BB in September of this year. Our room was excellent and the BB itself was in a great location in Canmore, town was only a 5 minute stroll along the Bow River away. The breakfasts served by Ingrid were brilliant, and were able to keep me going on long hikes without lunch which is no easy feat. What really set this BB apart from others we have stayed in was the friendliness and advice offered by the owners, both were and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, recommending hikes and restaurants that we never would have been to otherwise (even lending us walking polls when needed). This really was the highlight of our stay in the Rockies. If your visiting the area don't waste time looking at other places to stay. Thanks Rob and Ingrid for a brilliant stay.
