The Chalets have great view of mountains. All amenities provided to cook,eat in option great. Nice little balconies. Lots of towels, rooms clean,comfy beds, nice fireplaces, property clean. Great value, if you have any issue it is immediately dealt with by management, who are very responsive and friendly. Great place for couple or family. Close walk to downtown, coffee shops, etc close. Would definitely stay again.

The Room. (134) When you get past the cigarette-marked entrance you enter a dark musty unit. There were holes and stains on the walls and doors, including bloody boogers (which I cleaned off myself) on the light switch and closet of one room. The kitchen was clean but dated. The bathroom had been spot cleaned only (look for the hair trimmings under the sink...gross). The fridge sounded like a bomb when the compressor shut off, not to mention you can hear everything upstairs. The futon sofa was covered in unknown hairs and the bedding smelled musty with a perma-stain on the white sheet. Oh, and the fire-alarm was removed from the ceiling (hello fire code), and the balcony door does not lock (there was a piece of wood to prevent it from opening all the way).

Hmm, lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort does not warrant the price you pay for this unit. The pictures look great on the site, our room was not in any of those pictures. I'm sure there are some better suites, avoid this one for sure.

Will not stay here again.

Let's start with the good.......easy to find, close to restaurants, spacious apartments with good sized bedrooms, full bathroom and kitchen.

Now the negative.......I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness inside the apartments - the carpets and couch and upholstered chairs weren't fit to be touched with bare skin they are in dire, dire need of a thorough steam cleaning, doors, baseboards and walls need a good scrubbing, bath was clean at least as were sheets. The smell Of some sort of strong citrus cleaner was over powering upon stepping in. Gross. These apartments are NOT soundproof in anyway. Even with earplugs in I could hear the people above us walking and talking. That being said the cops were called in to make the people above us be quiet at midnight as they were disturbing everyone near them. Plus, the train is about 20 feet from the apartments at the back of the property, so it was super loud when it passed by.

Would I stay here again? Not likely, unless I was desperate for a place to stay and I could have an upper apartment furthest away from the train track. There is a definite lack of pride at this property. And it is painfully obvious.

we stayed for 3 nights. we used our back yard space facing the mountains, sitting outside enjoying a cocktail taking in the view. they supplied comfy chairs to sit on. we had the trains on the bedroom side, not a noise problem. small tv but it worked, it wasn't our primary focus. hot tub was OK, tub wasn't very full and the water was luke warm. They have a pool table and fuse ball to use. able to walk to amenities close by. furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on in the living room. used pillows off our beds and that worked for us.
