I did not really know much about this course before a trip to Banff, but what a fantastic surprise. The course layout, amongst the hills, pine trees and old mine entrances is a delight, with a variety of holes ranging from pretty challenging to fairly straightforward. The course was in excellent condition, with a nice practice area. Views of the course and from the course are stunning. This is a must-play for anyone in the area, and I preferred it to the nearby Silver Tip course.
