“Clearest water in the world”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

The hike was worth the beauty. The glacier cold lakes were the clearest I have ever seen. The blue/aqua colours were amazing. A must see, must hike must enjoy.

“Beautiful Hike”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

A beautiful hike and you are well rewarded at the top - Grassi Lakes are breathtaking. With an easy and difficult trail, it is good for both beginning and intermediate hikers.

“Family friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Great family friendly hike with wonderful views. Take the more difficult path to get a better appreciation of the surroundings. I would say most 5and up kids could walk at least most of the way. Spectacular lake to reward your efforts

“Spectacular hike and BEAUTIFUL!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Prettiest water you will ever see-- with a bonus of an owl sanctuary over one of the lakes-- 900 feet elevation rise, with the scenic or easy trail. Take your telephoto lens and you might capture a pic of the Great Horned owl and fledglings!

“Great family hike”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2014

Hiked here with my daughter and another adult. It's trailed but narrowed. Good for beginners view is fantastic and the falls and ponds are lovely . It's a great view looking down towards Camore . Places to sit at the ponds. If the trail seems to long there is a back gravel road to take back threw to the parking lot. Good for children and pets on a lead.
