A great location in beautiful Canmore which is less expensive than staying in Banff; friendly staff; loved the Sleep Number bed; wonderful Sunday brunch.

We take all our guest comments very seriously and the health, well being and comfort of our guests are our number one priorities. We have completed a through inspection and we are working with licensed professionals to eliminate the problem. Bed bugs are a global issue in the hospitality industry and although they they are not completely preventable, measures can be taken to control them.

Spent 2 nights there and room is clean, quiet. Only 15-20 minutes drive from the town of Banff. Swimming pool is small but like the jacuzzi.

First time in Canmore and first time in a Radisson hotel. Travelled with family and had three rooms in total. Booked through Hotwire, com in search of a bargain. Well it was a really good deal for such a large group, the location was lovely and gave us a perfect base to visit all the surrounding 'touristy' areas. The best part of staying was the restaurant service and food served. We were treated really well (We were the only ones in there) and the quality of the meals was excellent. However the rooms, though adequate lacked cleanliness, the coffee tray had a thick layer of dust on it, the refreshements were not replenished on a daily basis and the walls by the side of the bed and in the bathroom needed wiping down of the stains splashed up them. The air conditioning which functioned well was very noisy and had to be switched off so that we could sleep in peace. But our stay was OK, if housekeeping was a little more dilligent I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to other budget conscience travellers.

This hotel has sleep number beds, unfortunately I don't find them very comfortable. The public areas and rooms have a nice lodge theme to them. The bowl of fresh fruit was a welcome snack at the front desk. Staff is responsive, the shower curtain in our room was moldy, I called front desk and it was replaced with a new one. Nice pool and spa, nothing outstanding, just a solid hotel with great rates 10 mins. from Banff.

This hotel is in a great location and it looks like a Swiss Chalet from the outside! It was very attractive from the outside! The rooms were clean and the beds were the Sleep Number beds. We had always wanted to try one so that was a treat and the beds were comfortable! The Front Desk Staff were helpful! One employee agreed to mail a postcard for us to our grandkids! That was going beyond the call of duty and we appreciated it so much! It was that little extra that made our stay so nice! By the way, we got this hotel through Priceline for a real bargain!

This hotel is in an excellent location, right off the highway and within walking distance to all services. The front desk staff, particularly Sean (if I'm remembering correctly) and the evening staff, were very friendly and accommodating. In a town with many part time/seasonal workers, this can be hard to find. The pool/hot tub area was clean and nice to come back to after a day of climbing. We didn't try the restaurant, but it was busy, and we heard excellent things about it, there is a nice patio overlooking the mountains (The Three Sisters). My only problem was the sleep number beds (we had the same problem at another Radison this trip) they never work, the front desk quickly moved us to a non-sleep number room (I believe Sealy posterpedic beds - or similar, quite comfortable).
