Hubby surprised me with a weekend away. Booked through Booking.com and he specifically asked to see the mountains. When we arrived we were told room was not ready so we left and went to the Grizzly Pub for a pint and a bite (review to follow). 1.5 hrs later we checked in and were told room still not ready and staff had to physically check to see of it was available. When we entered the room, it was west facing the highway and there were no mountain view room left available. Our 15 mth old grandson was with us and the noise from the highway made it difficult for him to settle in the evenings.We asked for the wifi code and one was provided, but we were not aware until later in the evening that the code only works on 1 device. Called down to see if we were doing something wrong and we were told need codes for each device and that they would get back to us right away. An hour later we called them back and then still had to wait to get additional codes. The staff are friendly but are not informative regarding the amenities and services at all. The hot tubs were amazing and gorgeous at night, and would recommend for a winter stay but not so much for spring and summer.
