“A bit on the pricey side, but great food and super service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

I've visited a few times and had great meals and tapas all times. Nice ambience, superior lakeviews, and coconut prawns to die for! The Risotto was amazing.

“Breakfast was good, but overpriced.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

Food and service was good, but cost almost $70.00 (including tip) for a breakfast of 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. Pricey for sure.

“Wonderful view...Better food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

We had a very nice dinner at Sol this week. Our server Fiona was very attentative and makes a great martini as well!
We both started with the white french onion soup...so tasty! I had the risotto for my main and it was awesome and so creamy. My wife had the cheese and fruit tray for her main and was amazed at how fresh everything tasted.
I highly recommend.

“Your staff went out of their way to make my birthday extra special”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

Again the food was incredible and the seafood boat was appreciated by all of us at the table. This time we were a larger group (8-10) and the service was fabulous. Also, it was wonderful to all be served at the same time. Suprisingly this seems to be an bigger issue at some places than you would think. The extra care and attention Lauri and her staff showed us made this a truly wonderful celebration--thanks again!!

“Nice views, poor quality food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2012 via mobile

Good location, nice views, our server an Aussie was very good. My issue is the food quality, very poor. I ordered the mussels...they were obviously frozen, smelled fishy, broken shells in a non exciting boring white wine sauce, it came with baguette...plain, try grilling the bread with olive oil to make it crispy. The pizza was also ordered, while lots of toppings, the crust was soft, wet and overloaded. My wife had the caeser salad, bought in flavourless dressing, large green leads, poorly chopped...the pancetta crisps were great, but the park crouton with lemon flavour was stale and days old tasting. I wouldn't go back or reccomend this place.
