My wife and I had dinner at WaterMark on a Sunday evening and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, it was quite quiet because of being Sunday night. While the place is very nice, we did find that neither the menu nor the wine list were as extensive as you might expect when first considering WaterMark; however, there are still a variety of offerings and they offer a very nice tasting menu (and reasonable @ $5 a plate) and a good cross-section of local BC wines. If you want a good steak, the BBQ is right there on the patio as well. The pool area at the resort is adjacent to the restaurant patio and can get a little noisy, but is still removed enough that it is not an issue and the view out over the lake definitely helps to make up for it. The service was excellent and the quality of food was very good.
