Stayed one night. Location great for shoppers. Got a very comfortable suite. Kitchenette. Living room. King size bed in seperate bedroom. 2 bathrooms. One had jacuzzi. Suggestions: add glasses in bathrooms, instead of locked mini bar would prefer small fridge, list of take out restaurants

We stayed at the Hilton Suites in Markham in November 2012. For less than $150/night it is a good deal. The room was not spacious but reasonably sized and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit pricy but good.

The free Internet worked well except it seemed they blocked some ports as I could not get to a fileserver. They charge $8/night for parking which seemed unfair. The hotel is way out from the city. Most places charge when in an urban area but in the suburbs, it is just gouging.

Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Where to start? Customer service - Excellent. Updated Rooms Excellent. SPA Services amazing RMT. The Gym great. The Hair Salon uses Moroccan oil products (who doesn't love that). Location is easy to get to from the HWY. You wouldn't even know the renos are going on. The lounge has great drinks and service. The only downside is that you have to pay for internet in your room but have free wifi downstairs - I'm not sure why but in my opinion it should be free.

I travel to this Hotel every 2 weeks and the staff is always very courteous.

Stayed here for a conference in the adjacent expo center. This is actually my second stay at this location this year. As a Diamond member I was upgrade to a very nice suite with separate dining and living room area far more room than I needed but it was nice not coming in to just four walls and a bed. Had breakfast and dinner in the Onsite restaurant which was nice when it was snowing outside. Hotel offers a great fitness center onsite also. When in the area this will always be my choice.
