Where to start? Customer service - Excellent. Updated Rooms Excellent. SPA Services amazing RMT. The Gym great. The Hair Salon uses Moroccan oil products (who doesn't love that). Location is easy to get to from the HWY. You wouldn't even know the renos are going on. The lounge has great drinks and service. The only downside is that you have to pay for internet in your room but have free wifi downstairs - I'm not sure why but in my opinion it should be free.

I travel to this Hotel every 2 weeks and the staff is always very courteous.

Stayed here for a conference in the adjacent expo center. This is actually my second stay at this location this year. As a Diamond member I was upgrade to a very nice suite with separate dining and living room area far more room than I needed but it was nice not coming in to just four walls and a bed. Had breakfast and dinner in the Onsite restaurant which was nice when it was snowing outside. Hotel offers a great fitness center onsite also. When in the area this will always be my choice.

Hotel is very nice. If you park on the old side of the building it is a confusing maze to get over to the new side and check in. Room was very spacious, great value for the price. We checked out the room service menu, $19 for Eggs Benedect and $9 for oatmeal is insane!
Bed was very comfortable, I slept like a log which rarely happens in a hotel.
Conference facilities were great and the buffet lunch was just amazing.

I stayed at the Hilton in late September for a conference. The organziers ordered sandwiches for lunch for about 300 people and charged $15.00 per sandwich. They were highly embarrassed when the most pitiful sandwiches showed up, with very little filling and nothing else to accompany them. I had just attended the same type of event at the MARRIOTT in Vancouver the weekend before, and what a difference. There were no gluten free options for Celiacs. In fact they seem to know little about it. My room was certainly not renovated and as I was staying for several nights, one would think they would have given me the remodelled room because of the length of stay. Mine seemed to be one of the only rooms on that floor that wasn't remodelled. I would definitely not stay again.
