We stayed here for my son's wedding. Our suite was very spacious and quite nice. Bathroom was remodelled with marble counters and tiling. Some units have a separate dressing area inside the bedroom. T.V. reception was not very good. Also, the downside was the bed. It appeared there was a king size mattress on a queen boxspring. The mattress overhung on both sides - terrible support - every time my husband rolled over, I went flying! Having said that, the room rate was excellent for the group, and included a full breakfast.

This hotel was very nice and clean and they had a lovely pool and hot tub. The Zen garden was very nice and peaceful as well. Other than the pool, this hotel did not seem overly kid friendly but it was fine. The room service seemed very overpriced. My husband was at a conference and the conference facilities seemed wonderful and they attendees were very well looked after. The hotel rooms are large and well equipped.

We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting Wonderland. The service is excellent right from check-in to check-out. The suites are large and very comfortable. It is the perfect hotel if you have kids or are travelling with other people. The living-room has a comfortable hide-a-bed/ couch.

The hotel itself is beautiful and attached to a great spa where guests can use the steam room, sauna and pool. There is also a good cardio area if you like to keep up with your workouts.

Room service is excellent. The restaurant for breakfast is ok.......nothing to rave about but it does the trick. There is a mall across the street with some fast food restaurants and other stores. Highway 407 (toll road) is very close and it only takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to the parking lot of Wonderland.

This hotel is a great value for the money and we will definitely return.

For this kind of hotel in Toronto, the price is great. Markham itself is far from the city itself though so keep this in mind. It takes about 45 minutes of driving on a few highways with tolls to get to downtown Toronto.

The staff was nice and the gym was good. There currently is construction going on at the hotel and while the noise was kept to a minimum at night, during the day it was LOUD. I also would have expected some type of breakfast to be included but it nothing was. And free wifi only in the lobby of the building. You even have to pay for internet access in the business center (which was down while we were there anyway).

All that being said, the rooms were nice, the rooms were nice and the price great so I consider the tradeoff to be worth it.
