“kayaking on the lake brilliant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2012

a group of 5 of us went kayaking on the lake i shared a double kayak with my husband as i wasnt that confident the instructions given from the staff were excellent and very helpful had an excellent time and an added bonus of seeing a family of seals basking on logs can understand why you can only hire for a minimum of 2hrs and am so glad the cost was very reasonable 50 for the double well worth the money and will definately return next year

“Great Kayaking experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012

Took the 3 hr learn to kayak and rescues lesson. Our terrific instructor Kayla calmy and knowedgeably guided us through strokes, rolls, wet exits and rescues. We feel very reassured and now look forward to going out kayaking on our own. Reservation was very acably handled and explained; and staff very friendly. All in a pretty setting.

“Exactly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012

After 2 days in downtown Vancouver, we were desparate for the natural side of this area. Riding an ordinary city bus, we headed out to Deep Cove. The staff at the kayaking place are young, and eager to share their enthusiasm about the place. Kayak rentals were a minimum of 2 hours which makes sense if you want to see anything at all. The scenery is breathtaking (we had great summer weather) and they fit you with all the right equipment. After that we walked a great trail up to Quarry Rock which overlooks the cove and that rounded off a terrific day in one of the most scenic areas near any downtown we've been to.

“Magical...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2012

Probably my highlight of the trip. The cover is stunning with a small amount of homes and then just trees, trees... They offer paddle boarding too. We took the bus from downtown Vancouver, ride was about 50 minutes.
