The days inn is in a very convenient location, located very near to the international airport and is in walking distance of several casinos and the Richmond night market. The service my family and I received was great, very friendly and helpful staff, everything wa cleaned throughout the day. Parking and the selection at breakfast were my only issues, of you could call them that. The parking given behind the hotel was hard to find a spot for my suv and there was no meat or eggs at the breakfast selection. Overall this is worth the stay and for the price. Oh and there is a mini fridge in the rooms.

We staid at Days Inn already twice. Both times we were experience with a poor customer service at front desk, and at breakfast room. We came later night as our flight arrived after 12 midnight. A woman at reception was not glad to welcome us at all. She provided with wrong keys for our 6 floor room. When my husband went downstairs for the key exchange to get into the room, he did not get any apology. The receptionist was looked like that all customer are annoyed her.
At the morning, we went down for a quick breakfast. It was 9:30am, and breakfast is served until 10am. But a woman who works there, started to remove all foods touching them without gloves on her arms, and was not pleasant when people asked her to provide with a milk, plate, etc. She did not smile, we had a feelings that she hates people who come for the breakfast. She left a family with two kids without breakfast, as they came 10 minutes before 10am. That was not impressive at all.

What we like about this place - bed is comfortable enought for one night, location close to a Bridgeport sky-train station so you could walk there, or ask a shuttle bus driver to stop there.
What we do not like is a very poor customer service.
We would like to express our opinion to be heard by the management of this hotel, we hope that things will changed there, otherwise we will avoid to stay in this Days Inn in a future.

Thank you for bringing your concern to my attention. Please accept our apology for not living upto your standards. I have already talked to our staff and they are aware of the situation. I just wanted to clarify that our breakfast is served from 5:30 am to 9:30 am. We even have posted signs in the brerakfast area for the same.

We take pride in our customer service and hope you will give us another chance in the future.

The hotel is located in a great location, both close to the airport and to Vancouver. It felt welcoming and had polite staff. The hotel also has an airport shuttle, which is quite convenient. The breakfast has many choices and are all delicious. The room was big enough, the sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was also no problem with the parking spaces. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

Location:
The Days Inn is located about 10 min drive from the airport. The Days Inn has a complementary airport shuttle. We arrived by car and got one of the complementary parking places. We had no problems with finding available parking even if we arrived rather late.

Service:
The staff provided very good service. They were efficient, polite and caring. The attitude of the staff gave a positive and good feeling.

Rooms:
The Days Inn is a relatively new hotel. The lobby, dining room and our hotel room was modern and nice. The room was nicely decorated. It was clean and very comfortable. The room has modern aircondition and it was also possible to open a window. The bed was very comfortable and gave very good sleeping quality. We liked the Days Inn so well that we wanted to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately they had then only two more rooms which was really expensive. So a popular hotel.

Surrounding areas:
The Days Inn is located in the suburban place Richmond. The area around the hotel seemed safe. There are gas station and places for food not fare from the hotel.

If you Iike to go downtown you find the Skytrain only few minutes walk from the hotel. The ride downtown takes about 20-25 minutes. When we visited Vancouver the prices for one way ticket was 3.75$ before 18:30 and 2.50$ after and during the weekends. It is also possible to purchase a day pass for 9.00$. The Days Inn therefor also makes a good choice if you are spending more days in Vancouver.

We can truely recommend the Days Inn. We got a good rate, and this Inn is new, modern and very nice. We felt very comfortable staying there and would definitely stay there if we visit Vancouver again. Book it!!!

With very welcoming and attentive staff (front desk and breakfast room), convenient location to skytrain and airport, and a quiet and comfortable room, my husband and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Best surprise of our vacation. Made reservations for one night, ended up staying two. Room was very clean, well worth every penny! Staff was wonderful, very friendly, breakfast was great? I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, quiet room

With relatively new everything this is an above average Days Inn. It is well situated to the airport and Canada Line Sky Train (5 minute walk) with the a shuttle being offered to the former.

Special note should be made about the staff were also pleasant and friendly. They were extra accomodating of our request for a later check out.

Caution is warranted. The rooms are starting to show signs of wear. There was a large chip missing from our tub, the grouting was sloppy, there was a hole in the bathroom door and some wall paper is starting to peel. Over time, this property will eventually become your standard Days Inn.

In the meantime, the bed was comfortable the rooms were clean and quiet. The air conditioning was also very powerful. If you are traveling in 2012 and 2013 this hotel is a good choice given the price.
