We had a good stay, the check in was great, the room was clean, the plumbing needed some minor attention and the resturaunt was very expensive. Upon returning home, I found that we didn't get credit for our stay through Hotel.com and now, don't get those points at all. Be careful when you book to make sure they will accept and credit your points.

We booked for a quickovernight stopover but got way more than we expected!!! Excellent shuttle bus service from & to the airport at no charge!!! extremely helpful receptionists on check-in and check-out.OK its all a bit tired and dated but great facilities including pool & spa!!! Loved the large desk in our room. The receptionist on checkout assisted my husband to cut the padlock off his bag when he had used the wrong lock!!! she had the right tools immediately & the job was done with no frustration.A big thank-you.

This hotel is very easily accessible from the highway. There is plenty of free parking. Our room, with two double beds, was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is not shabby at all, can't quite figure what the previous reviewers are describing. But it is a budget hotel, not the River Rock, where I love to stay when I can get it on a hotwire cheaper rate.

The wireless internet worked well. The shower was nice and the bathroom spotless. What I liked most: you can open the window and have fresh air all night long. What I liked least: The maid forgot to replace my coffee mug, so my second morning I had to drink coffee from a glass; and, they were vacuuming the hallway outside my room fairly early in the morning, so the noise woke me.

I would stay here again, for the right price. I really like the location.

Room Tip: Rooms facing East are quieter (away from the highway).

The hotel is run down and some rooms are very small. The bathroom was not very clean either. Our room was noisy. The location is good because it is not very far from downtown by car. We only chose it because we were staying for one night only and driving up from Seattle. But we will not stay there again.

Room Tip: Unless you need to take the shuttle to Vancouver airport, this hotel is not worth the price.

Stayed here for 1 night prior to flying home.

The hotel is quite old fashioned but service was efficient and rooms were large, quiet and clean.

I wouldn't stay here for a week but it represents great value for money if you are looking for a quick stop off at the airport.

This is a good price hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. It could use some upgrades with beddings, and furniture. Parking is great. Location is good, a short drive to the airport. A handful of restaurants around the area. Not the best hotel we've stayed at but not the worst either. All in all its an average hotel.
