Stand at the farthest end of the fort where it meets the Arabian sea, watch the setting sun, feel the breeze on your face and tame your silk dopatta as it tries to follow the crazy waves hitting those huge rocks in front of you, and watch how the sandpipers play with it. This quite and serene beach alongside the fort add special romance to it. The fort is huge in its area though only the boundaries survive, rest all is destroyed. The tender grass flowers that covers almost all the fort-soil will definitely nod to your thoughts and will lead you to wonder even more....what happened to this fort? who lived here? who came to invade? when was it destroyed? and you will find no answer as there is absolutely no information board or a museum to tell you the history! Thank ASI for maintaining this piece of grand archeological evidence and urge them to make it more educational when you leave the gate.
