“Sweet little spot with great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

We stopped for lunch after a visit to the tombs. It was a cute little shop. I had an excellent salad. My husband had a panini and it was delicious as well.

“Overpriced but on a cozy location.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 5, 2013

Coffee shop itself is nothing but a place you come when you visit Loughcrew gardens and Loughcrew Tombs. Coffee and cakes are expensive. There are just a few tables inside and couple more outside.

Hi
Thank you for your review. We are glad you like the location and sorry that you feel that the cakes and food are expensive. We feel that our prices are comparable to other coffee shops in locations that would not be as nice as ours and quite reasonable compared to coffee shops on the sites of other major natural and historic attractions. We hope that our price is appropriate to the experience our customers have here. Thank you again for your feedback and we shall keep it in mind.
Kind regards

“Delicious, Warm & Welcoming”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2012

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon trip to Loughcrew and went to this little log-cabin coffee shop for lunch. Delicious soup and sandwiches, friendly staff (who were very helpful with the Megalithic Key!) and a great setting.
