After a hectic 5 weeks on the road through Turkey France and London and having experienced the worst of English B7Bs in Windsor and Cambridge to find Stream House was a delight. Beautiful spot and a lovely building and gardens and very nicely furnished inside as well. Lovely fish pond to sit and recover by and lovely gardens. Easy to miss as you drive by, you have to stay alert as you come around the bend before reaching Fairlight. Great places to visit,,Rye, Bodiam, Battle Abbey all near by.
Thoroughly recommended for a stay in the English countryside.....wish I could buy a place like this and live in such a lovely area....so green and lush.

This was a wonderful stay! it was not 100%, it was 110%.
The house and gardens exceeded our expectations. Our hosts, Sandra and Steve, have been just wonderful and they helped us to solve a problem with our car over night.
Lots of space in rooms, house and garden and you can enjoy your privacy. We will not look for another B&B when coming back to Sussex, Stream House is the only choice!

“5 Star in Everyway”

Accomodation and grounds were beautiful and of the highest standard, very relaxing place to stay. Everything made the stay of three nights a memorable experience. Lots of places to visit in the area a good central location. Thank you for making our stay special, good food, great room and tranquil views in the garden.
We will be back, Pauline and Dave Kelly

“just about as perfect as it can get”

We have stayed in the Stream House a few times in the past two years. It is in an ideal location to explore Sussex and Sandra and Steve have always been very helpful when planning our days out, from recommending beautiful castles and beaches to booking restaurants and taxies.
The place itself is just about as perfect as it can get and the garden very romantic.

Sandra and Steve offer a warm welcome to their lovely home. The food was great, the bedroom out of this world. Everywhere was immaculate. They treated us as one of the family and we could wander anywhere in the garden. Would be great to stay for ever!!!!
Best place in uk we ever stayed. Go there!!
