“Superb!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2013

We were referred by our hotel. What a gem! The best ahi tuna we have ever had. We had the appetizer and shared, which was a mistake because it is so buttery tender and seasoned and seared perfectly, you will want your own. The special of the day were prawns in a tomato, garlic, pepper sauce over Boursin grits. It was perfectly southern and delicious. Plus it was our first time trying grits-we are now hooked! The mushroom truffle prawn pasta entree is out of this world! The pasta is stuffed with mascarpone cheese and the sauce is a beautifully rich. Service was great. Hard not to want to head back again today!!

“Will not disappoint!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013

The Bistro Burger and sweet potato fries are off-the-charts yummy! We don't eat out often, but when we do, Ambrosia is top of our favorites list!

“Fabulous meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013 via mobile

We always check trip advisor before heading to a new town. Once again it steered us right. We had a fabulous dinner at Ambrosia. I had the Apricot curry chicken and my husband had the crab ravioli. Halfway through, we swapped. They were both sooooo good. Service was excellent, helpful and friendly. We will be back.

“Small but Great”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2013

This restaurant, Bistro, is located in a strip mall near a busy intersection in the Spokane Valley but well worth locating it. Parking is abundant and free. The food is extraordinary, such as you would expect in a 5 star restaurant and presentation is the same. The menu is varied enough to please a family or a business person and the service is excellent. Prices are on the high side but well worth every penny. it is one of the restaurants where I always take visitors to Spokane as it is a memorable experience for them.
