“Don't overlook this gem!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

We go here often and have never had a disappointing experience.

Menu is varied, cost is reasonable and service is fine. The pub puts on a ot of great visiting musical acts so dinner beforehand is highy recommended. Enjoy!

“What a lucky find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2012

We were travelling north and called into Woombye off the Bruce Highway on the off chance of finding a Saturday lunch. Never having been in the area before we tried the Hotel expecting a typical counter meal. What a lucky find, a really adventurous menu (pork belly with pumpkin mash and Thai spices anyone?) and a smart dining room. Food was well cooked and presented, service swift and friendly. Prices are getting up there but the food makes it worth it. The jazz quintet playing in the back room made for a pleasant atmosphere.

“Good food, kid friendlly but no change table!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2012

The food was good and well priced pub fare. Everthing was spotless and there were even cloth napkins. The kids area was well stocked and excellent, my only complaint is that there was no change table in the toilets.

You will never be disappointed at this hotel. The menu is changed often, and the food is plentiful, and presentation and cooking is first class.

“More than a pub lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

The restaurant has been renovated to be modern and decorated in to be modern with a colonial theme. The menu is not expansive but will meet most people's expectations. Pricing is reasonable with drinks at pub prices. If in the district it is worth a visit.
