After visiting Ein Kerem near Jerusalem we went to Abu Gosh Restaurant for a late afternoon lunch. I had visited this restaurant 3 years ago but didnot realize the taste of the falafels. This time my family urged me to taste the best falafel in Israel. The restaurant is like a market stall; nice, clean but full. There are lots of apetizers in the beginning. They are all very tasty. I cannot explain the taste of the falafels. They are cruncy on the outside but soft in the inside. You cannot find these falafels anywhere in Israel at least I couldnot. The meat, especially the meatballs were wonderful. We didnot take any desert but we were very pleased to have visited this wonderful restaurant. I definitely advise you to visit Abu Gosh restaurant if you want to taste the best falafels in the region.
