This little Swiss contemporary restaurant above Stapleton's butcher is a real gem of a place.
The owner Leo, prides himself in the great food and personal service he provides. Throughout the evening you will usually find that he will come and check on you to make sure, you're enjoying your meal, and he will have a chat with you.
We had the crumbed oysters in a mild curry sauce for an entree, they were plumb, juicy and delicious. To follow that we had the rib eye steak, which was so tender, beautifully cooked and served with a mushroom sauce. Unfortunately no room for dessert. We took a bottle of wine as it is BYO for wine only. It is licensed if you wish to buy drinks there.
The smoked rack of lamb is also delicious, as we have been to this restaurant many times, and we are always very happy with the food and cosy atmosphere.
If you go throughout the week from Monday to Thursday, they offer a mid week special.
In my mind this restaurant is one of the best in the Sutherland Shire.
