“A Place to relax”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2012

A little oasis in the heart of Sutherland Shire with well established and beautifully maintained lawns and gardens. a delightful stream runs from top to bottom with ducks and carp swimming peacefully.
Good BBQ facilities, a great teahouse and waterviews add to the enjoyment.

“A Quiet Spot in the Middle of Suburbia”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

I was there recently with friends, one visiting from the Blue Mountains the other from New Zealand. We had all been here before. The place is a wonderfull surprise. It is easy to drive past without realizing the hidden (and almost magical depth) the place has. There are the twists and turns of the paths that give the illusion that the gardens are much bigger than they are. There a many quiet nooks to sit and just enjoy the surroundings. The layout of the place is fabulous. The Tea House is small, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced It's a treasure that's well worth taking the time to explore. A place of tranquility in the middle of suburbia.

“Peaceful retreat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

My children (and I) love this place. There are two playgrounds at either end of the gardens, but what we really like are the many paths that wind and twist through the lush camellia shrubs and trees. There are ducks to feed and streams to follow throughout the park. I've never had sit down service at the cafe, but in terms of takeaway it is fine. Come during midyear when most of the camellias are in bloom - really stunning.

A great place to walk around with the whole family. Restaurant is very nice but a bit pricey. On a beautiful day can't find a better place to relax with the kids.
