The restaurant is located in the Auberge des Salles, but is run separately from the hotel. It offers a limited menu (4 first courses and 4 main courses), but the dishes were unusual and very well prepared. I particularly recommend the egg, aubergine and ham first course. We ate there two nights: one the second occasion we had the rib of beef (served for two), which really is treat for carnivours.
In good weather insist on a table on the terrace. The view over the lake is magnificent. I'd recomend trying one of the provencal wines, which offer very good value for money.
