“Awesome trip in rough seas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

Very friendly crew who even managed to fit us in on an earlier ferry. Rough seas but handled v well! The kids loved it. Would travel with these guys again without hesitation. Gotta go back to see the HUGE wombats!!

“Go during Winter.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

The $35 trip is free during the Tassie winter. Book in advance so you dont miss out. Only a Park Passs in needed which you buy at the Triabunna Visitor Centre. We had a bright sunny day with calm seas so Michael got us over in record time, The possibilty of seeing whales, dolphins or seals added to the excitement. The boat is new but you need to go up top to get a good view.
The team are passionate about their enterprise which is translated into a courteous efficient and smooth running trip.
My only suggestion is to have a short narrated video on the history and geography of the island as passengers zip across Mercury Passage.

“Stunning!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

What a great team.
We went in the off season so there were very few visitors and the weather forecast was against us.
The owner was prepared some other activities to allow us to still go later in the day.
What a marvelous day, The scenery is stunning and the staff are marvelous. So friendly.
My only comment is I would have liked the staff to have had a bit more knowledge on the history and making of the geological features we saw.
RECOMMENDED HIGHLY...NOT TO BE MISSED.

“Smooth sailing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

Michael provided us with a great trip in rough conditions going off his normal route to make the crossing as smooth as possible. A great service and my family will be returning for a tour of the sea around the island with an outstanding company, great work.

“Service with a smile”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

At the weekend we took a group of 29 Scouts and leaders to Maria Island for a winter camp.
We had seen the offer for FREE Ferry transport during the winter season and took them up on the offer.
Michael was extremely friendly and obliging in organising a separate service to accommodate our large group.
They were able to cart ALL our gear, including 20 push bikes.
Great service, very efficient and Maria Island is such a beautiful place to visit.
The Ranger were also wonderfully friendly and even organised a concert in the heritage listed " Coffee Palace " on the Sunday night.
Apparently the busiest weekend on the island since 2009
