“Great food, great service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2013 via mobile

My partner and I recently dined at this restaurant and thought it was fantastic. Our waiter (nice Maori guy) was very good at his job and his service was 5-star. The food was absolutely delicious, good selection and on par price wise with others in the area. Great location, huge area inside as well as a few tables outside on the street where you can enjoy the fresh air and casual atmosphere. Would recommend to others!

“Don't ask for some lemon in your water!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2013

We were having drinks and a platters with overseas friends on the 28th of dec. We spent over $200 in our group, we requested some water in which the barman offered a tepid glass from the tap, then we asked for some ice and a slice of lemon. The barman then rudely commented on the high price of lemons and did we realise this. Surely a bar of this quality can afford some ice and lemon for their water. Customer service at its worst.

“Good food , poor service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013 via mobile

we were a table of 20 so I recognize we were a little bit of a challenge but the service really let them down. we had to continually ask for drinks etc. the food was pretty good but would most likely just go for a drink next time.

“nice atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

We were drawn in by the street appeal of this restaurant. Its very big windows showed it was busy with patrons inside and had nice dim lighting that made the huge room look cosy.
We loved our meal and the wine selection.
It was very busy on a saturday night but service was very efficient and reasonably fast!
The souffle' and the lamb were very good. We would go back to try the rest of the menu.
