“One of the must visit restaurants on the island”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

This place has done an outstanding job taking a small off the water space and creating a gleaming sanctuary. The food presentation is spectacular . The salads , seafood martini were amazing. Pasta dishes were good but this is really a fish restaurant . You will love this place!

“Great restaurant in oyster pond”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Big Fish turned out to be a great place to have a nice evening out. After having it recommended to a group of friends and I several times during the week, we decided to try it out. The kitchen is small, but the food was quite amazing. I don't remember the exact story behind the name, but I think the owners used to catch the fish themselves. I went with a group of 6 friends, but it would be a great place for a romantic night as their patio has a great ambiance. It is definitely worth checking out.

“Loved the modern setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

The decor of the big fish is very contemporary and the seating was outdoors which we liked. Food was excellent as well and a good value. No ocean views but great setting in restaurant.

“Good but not great”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Staying at the Westin Dawn Beach, my wife and I had a few folks recommend Big Fish to us. It's a nice setting and the food is good, but for the price we were a bit disappointed. We both had one of the signature dishes, Mahi Renee, and again we found it good but not great. If I could I would rate it between a 3 and a 4, so I opted for the lower end. We found Canoa next door to be our favorite, but we would likely go back to Big Fish again if we stayed in the Dawn Beach/Oyster Pond area.
