Like the title says, Le Ti Bouchon was the best meal I had on the island, and if you have been to St Martin you know what an accomplishment that is. On an island that is known for its restaurants, it is one of (if not) the best. It was the only restaurant we visited twice, each time "MoMo" greeted us. He clearly took great pride in both the food and the service. I had a beef dish that was so tender and so flavorful, my wife couldn't keep her fork out of my food. She had a stuffed lobster and crab ravioli... and I couldn't my fork out of hers! It is a little off the beaten path, but not far and well worth it!
