yes the building is lovely and the facility is great - if you don't have a infant or two! We visited the pool and were told that babies were only allowed in the very shallow baby pool. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions but it's pretty small by comparison to similar pools in the UK, France and other parts of Switzerland. What it actually means though is that if there are more than say five babies in the small pool at the same time, complete with necessary parent or guardian, you really will be cheek to jowel. They have an absolute policy on not letting parents take their infants into the larger pool - this they say, is down to nappy leakage (oh come on) and/or the chemicals not being suitable for infants (complete rubbish). I suspect the only reason why babies aren't allowed is that, for some silly reason, the management think it will ruin the experience for the other users. Brilliant. now imagine what it's going to be like on a lovely summers day and you'll have to stay inside (with limited view) while others can enjoy the water fresh air and the view. It doesn't seem fair. You know what it isn't fair. Oh and finally, if you do decide to ignore this review and take your infant/toddler, then make sure you do so early because they'll kick you out at 12pm - see if you can work out the logic!

Thank you for your comment.
First of all, let’s remind that Anzère Spa & Wellness is a wellness centre, with a Pool area, a Wellness area and a Treatment area.
We do have a baby pool wich is 6m x 3m, and 30cm depth.
Regarding the access for young children (0 to 3 years old), to assure a perfect relaxing moment to our visitors, they are only authorized the 3 first hours of opening under parental supervision. Since the 14th July 2012, notably referring to several comments from our guest, the board of directors decided to allow children under 3 years old to go in our larger indoor and outdoor pools.
We hope this new rule will give entire satisfaction to all the visitors coming to Anzère Spa & Wellness, with or without children. We are looking forward to see you again with your children to enjoy our larger pools with your children.
