“Beautifl place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

Stayed at this place in July of 2011 (the travel date option only goes til March 2012 that's why that's the date shown) with a few friends and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful and relaxing place I've been. The place and food is a little bit pricey but well worth it I thought. The 2 rooms we stayed in are clean and comfortable though a little small. The infinity pool with a swim up bar is great. One of the best place to visit in San Juan Batangas.

Though pricier than other resorts in the area, its money well spent. The place is very clean, well maintained, and stylish. The food selection is varied and cooked well. But the best part of this place is the staff. They are very friendly, helpful, and attentive and will go out of their way to assist you. Their beach front though small is also clean. Spent a relaxing anniversary here.

Highly recommended!

The place may be small but cozy. The reception for my daughter's wedding was held there, everything went on fine, our guests were satisfied, the food including the wedding reception was good. Only two undesirable incidents we encountered, one was the hairstylist recommended by the resort manager, Noel, took our ironing curler. When the management was confronted re this, they took the liberty of calling the hairstylist and it was with him. What we didn't like is that Noel just gave us the contact number of the hairstylist and told us that the ironing curler will be returned by meeting the hairstylist in the town proper! What a heck! I blew my top and demanded that curler be brought back to the resort! I highly recommend to the management to fire Noel out or demote him to a lower level. I believe resort guests should be given satisfactory service whether the locals or foreign guests! Lastly, it took hours before they could serve our lunch on our last day!

We went there to celebrate our Anniversary and my birthday! This is a place where you can truly rest, relax and enjoy both the beach and pool. One more word to describe this experience in this place: "speechless" The service and the staff are courteous and very accommodating. I think this is the one place that I will be going back again. Expensive, YES but it is worth every pesos!

Room Tip: Try to get the Infinity rooms and try their coffee!

1. The buffet isn't always worth it. For lunch, grab a seafood pasta bowl or a sandwich. You'll spend less and the food is actually tastier.

2. The spa isn't worth it. Mostly because the masseuse didn't know what she was doing.

3. The shower rooms for the loft terrazas can be a challenge. It's small and, because it doesn't have a dedicated shower room floor, the water tends to splash all around the bathroom.

4. There's a "jacuzzi"-type pool, but it is not heated.

5. Cable is available, but it is basic. So, if you're hoping to find European football or TLC, you're out of luck.

I've been to Acuatico several times. This place offers a nearly flawless experience for anyone looking for a beach/pool getaway that's just a 3 hour drive from Manila.

The Place. Cozy, well-planned, clean. Everything is within reach. The pool was indeed the centerpiece. They say the rooms are small; well, true but who cares since we only used it for sleeping and shower. No qualms about the beach since it's in Laiya; it was clean though and safe.

The Location. Not bad for a weekend travel. Should have been an easy hour and a half from Alabang if it weren't for the town fiesta along the way. Suggest that management be aware of these and notify its guests to avoid them.

The Food. I'm no food critic, but I felt I gained 10 lbs overnight. Guess that says it all. PS, special mention though to the danggit and omelette during breakfast and the crab and prawns during dinner.

The Service...nothing much to say about it except that this made it the perfect experience. Kudos to all the staff! From reservations to the guard who opened the gate as we left the place.

Definitely going back...soon!

The room is too small for the price paid . The bed is very soft and comfy. Very clean too..
The food is great. They serve buffet breakfast..
The beach isn't that great compared to the Visayan beaches.
The resort is small as well as the pool..
Overall it's good ..
