We stayed for 2 nights in this picturesque village of Litttle Walsingham at the Black Lion. Very old building full of character. Our room was nicely decorated and spotless, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Restaurant doesn't have a massive choice on the menu but the food wastruly excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Black Lion is situated well for visits to the shrine and the abbey gardens (which were lovely) and there are also some nice walks in the area (check out the tourist information for maps of the walks. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going back in September.
