“Prima Donnas- Simply the best in the area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

We have been visiting Prima Donnas for many years now and can honestly say have never had a bad experience the food , drink and service is always first class and the menus contantly changing with daily specials too . The new decor in the Restaurant is lovely and vibrant and the new larger bar area a bonus as we always like to have a drink before dining , most of the time we usually end up back in the bar as its so comfortable . Marino, Costas and Angela and the team are great at creating a warm welcome and keeping a tight ship. It does not matter how busy the Restaurant is the food and service never suffer . Visit Prima Donnas if you want a really good dining experience in the West Wickahm area. I noticed the earlier review re the noise , Prima Donnas at Christmas time during December create a Party atmosphere . I would recommend that these people visit again out of season . Visit Prima Donnas you will not be disappointed .

“Why go to London when you have Prima Donnas on your door step?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013 via mobile

Have been dining at PD for some years now and we always have a lovely meal with excellent service. We are always warmly welcomed. Fantastic restaurant for all occasions and groups. Anniversary week in November is a must for a special lunch with wine tasting and jazz. No need to go up to London !

“Good Christmas lunch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012 via mobile

I visited Prima Donnas with a large group of colleagues for a Christmas work lunch and had a great time. The restaurant was absolutely packed (always a good sign), and can sit around seventy people. Service was prompt and polite and couldn't be faulted. Considering how many people were there, it was a very slick operation.

The food was very enjoyable. It was the usual festive options plus some alternatives and there was plenty of it. We opted for the house wines which were very nice and around £15 a bottle. The set Christmas menu was around £22 a head plus service for three courses plus coffee so was good value. The a la carte menu is a little pricier and I think it's fair to say that Prima's isn't a cheap option, but the food, service and ambience are all good and worth it.

Its probably not a restaurant for a rowdy night out to be honest, but it would do very nicely for a civilised family meal or a work do or business lunch and it certainly did a great job for our Christmas lunch. Overall recommended.

“Check where you are sitting first?”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

It has been 10 yrs since i visited this restaurant for dinner and doesn't appear to have changed much.Firstly the food is excellent and for the most part in previous visits always has been so.This visit though was very unpleasant after having to sit down the bottom end of the restaurant next to a group of beer swilling foul mouthed oiks. The area at the back of the restaurant appears to seat mainly large groups and i'm very dissapointed that the person taking my booking didn't advise us of the fact that we would be sitting in that area.Had they done so we would of eaten elsewhere which i guess is why they omitted that bit of info!! So,If you are going and the food is great so worth a visit, ask to sit at the top part of the restaurant. If you don't then go at your own peril! My bill was just short of £100 for two and a very rare child free night out that was ruined.

We had Sunday lunch today and enjoyed the best Christmas roast turkey dinner ever! Three courses for £19, great value and service.
