We tried other restaurant on Orient Bay Beach. We tasted the carpaccio of Marlin, the trio of tartare (tuna (teriaky style), salmon, mahi-mahi (mango and coco milk) and the burrata. Thank to the hostess Manoa (audrey) and the manager Yohann (the king of cocktail creation!!!). We feel always welcome. Gook idea the welcome and goodbye shooter.
